I used this seasoning a lot especially when I am seasoning seafood. It gives it a very nice flavor . For me it brings out the flavor of the product that I am using. I also use it on poultry and meat.

a MUST for Blue Crabs..But then if you eat them you already know that..Crab Cakes or ANY Crab recipe!!! Most shelfish also

This seasoning is just awesome! It makes the best steamed shrimp and is good on anything from veggies, to eggs to steaks!
