This is our 10 year-old son's favorite seasoning. Unfortunatly, our Sam's Club no longer carries it, so I'm thrilled to find it on Amazon. It's actually going into his Christmas stocking- I won't be surprised if this is his favorite presents this year (and he's getting a bike!)
I use it on chicken- I marinate chicken breast with citrus grill and a little olive oil. Pan saute or grill. Yum!

Makes salmon taste AMAZING! Nov 13, 2011

Whenever we have friends and family over to have fresh grilled salmon, they are amazed by how good the fish tastes. We always get comments like "This is the best salmon I have ever had" and "I didn't know salmon could taste so good!"

We have been using this spice for years and will continue to do so. Using this when grilling fish results in a healthy delicious meal. If you are a fish lover or want to become one, this spice will certainly deliver!
