I have used this product for over 15 years. I use it to enhance the flavour of many vegetarian dishes. I also use it for fish and sushi soy sauce. My only problem with it is that I ordered this twice from Amazon in the last 4 years or so, and each time the bottles leaked during transportation. I am not sure what they could do to prevent this from happening in the future. But it is a concern. Do not order any books with it, they shipped everything in the same box, and everything got soaked with it.

Similar to soy sauce, but not as salty and with a lighter flavor. Superb stand-alone alternative to salad dressings. Also great on steamed veggies. I can't get enough of this product!

Bragg's amino acids are very good for digestion. i have put one bottle in a spray bottle to spray on salads and have another bottle opened for measuring teaspoons full into soups and stews. It not only adds flavor to foods, but makes them easier to digest, thus more healthful. I wish I could have bought fewer bottles than 6, but I know that I will use them up before the expiration date.

I purchased 6 bottles and was worried that I had too much and I would be having to store it for a long period. I have used the sauce extensively over fresh vegetables during sauteing and in homemade sauces. It is very good and tastes much like soy sauce. I would recommend it - the vendor shipped the item in a timely manner and it arrived in good condition.

I love Braggs- This 6-pack seemed liked a real good deal. Unfortunately, whoever packed my order had no common sense and they put this on top of other items in my order and those items arrived broken. They put all six bottles in a thin, plastic bag. When my order arrived, everything in it including the box, was soaked in Braggs. I will never order Braggs from Amazon again, I will buy it somewhere else.
