5This stuff is awexome!  May 10, 2005
By Jon Bradley "Dr. Wombat"
By mixing this with a little olive oil, and smearing it over the chicken, it provides a spicy, easy to grill (no/low sugar, hence, not blackened) chicken.

5authentic stuff!  Feb 28, 2006
By Mouth on Fire "jerk lover"
This is the closest thing to being in Jamaica. Even the Jamaicans I know in Ohio use Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. This is definitely the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it!

5Try these ideas...  Jun 22, 2008
By W. Michael Wiley
Put about 6 lbs. of chicken breast or pork roast in a crockpot, add about 2 tbl of Walkerswood, and slow cook for 8 hours. Drain the liquid off THROUGH A STRAINER and set liquid aside. Dump the strainer contents back into the meat. Use two forks and shred meat barbeque style. Add about 1-3 tbls of Walkerswood (depending on your personal heat index) and mix well, adding enough liquid back to keep it very moist. Put in an airtight container and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Serve it, reheated, on buns, add a bit of cole slaw if you like, and it will disappear much quicker than you want it to.
Also, try a tablespoon in homemade chile and spaghetti sauce!

5I'm so happy  Oct 24, 2007
By Wanda L. Bailey "Southern Cook"
I saw this product on the Food Network. I went on a cruise about 2-3 weeks later and ended up sharing a dinner table with an older couple from Jamaica. We discussed jerk seasonings and they mentioned this product since they now live in Jersey. I decided to purchase once I returned home.
I ordered on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and to my surprise I received on Thursday. I have since made 2 dishes and I am so happy. I feel like I can enjoy the Caribbean whenever I want in my own kitchen.
My next order I'm getting multiple bottles.

5The BEST there is!!!  Apr 01, 2004

This product adds superb flavor to any meat. Great on steaks, pork, fish and chicken. Makes the best hot wings! Also great to inject into turkey and deep frying the turkey. Try it on catfish, shrimp, crab, lobster! Brings out the best of flavor.
